I recently used Promponas Rent-a-Car and had a fantastic experience. The car itself was excellent—well-maintained, easy to drive, and in great condition, which made the whole journey smooth and stress-free. Booking online was simple and straightforward, with no hassles, and everything was exactly as described. However, the highlight of my experience was the customer service. After dropping off the car, I realised I’d left my phone inside and was extremely stressed. To my relief, a member of staff went above and beyond to retrieve my phone and return it to me safely. Our Hotel recommended Rent a Car Promponas and they were very easy to deal with. The car we wanted was unavailable but they found another car, not as good but it worked out. They dropped of and picked up from our hotel. It was cheap and friendly.

The agency delivered the car to us at the sea port and picked it up at the airport. They were very flexible and we had no issues during pickup, our one month rental term or upon return. Overall, a very positive car rental experience!

Easy online booking. Car was delivered right to our hotel and we dropped off at port just in time for our ferry. Couldn’t be easier. The car was great and made it thru all the beach/sandy roads. Excellent communication thru WhatsApp. The car was so fuel efficient we didn’t even use half a tank and we drove all over the island.

Unkomplizierte und zuverlässige Autovermietung auf Naxos. Wir haben sehr kurzfristig online eine Buchung für 2 Tage abgeschlossen und es hat alles prima geklappt. Den Mietwagen haben wir direkt am Hafen übergeben bekommen und konnten ihn auch dort zurückgeben, was es für uns am unkompliziertesten machte. Die Chefin der Vermietung war sehr freundlich. Was uns vor allem positiv auffiel, sind die Top Preise auch für nur eine kurze Mietdauer! Vielen Dank, wir würden uns immer wieder für Promponas entscheiden!

Really great experience renting a car from Promponas this September. Car and paperwork was ready to go at the Port when we arrived - super easy process, great price, and a clean car! Eleni was also a phonecall away for any questions and gave us some great recommendations for the island as well!

We had a great experience with our rental from Promponas. Eleni was very friendly and good to deal with and delivery and pick up from our hotel was very helpful. Our Fiat 500 was in excellent condition and very clean. Their prices are very competitive and I would highly recommend Promponas to visitors to Naxos!

A very lovely experience with Promponas rent a car. Eleni was very kind as was her husband. We had a very minor run in with a bush that scraped the side of the car and they we so understanding (Eleni even gave us tomatoes from her garden). I would highly recommend. They delivered the car to us which was super helpful and met us at the port for return, very convenient. We would definitely rent from them again and we feel confident in our recommendation.
