Siamo arrivati a Naxos da loro esplorando un po sui vari siti, ci è piaciuto subito il loro modo e la loro disponibilità, la mattina dopo sono arrivati puntualissimi con la nostra bella e pulita macchina tenuta per 6 giorni ad un buon prezzo, oggi ci hanno accompagnato anche al porto. Great experience! The team was super friendly and helpful. Even when I had a small issue with the tire, they took care of everything quickly and made the whole rental process stress-free. Highly recommend!

Noleggiato Chevrolet spark per 6 giorni, ritirata all’ arrivo con una gentile signora che mi ha consegnato le chiavi. Per girare l’isola di Naxos l’auto era perfetta, bassi consumi e facile da utilizzare nelle viuzze strette e con auto parcheggiate in mezzo alla strada. Super consigliata ditta di noleggio. Grazie!

Estuvimos muy bien con el coche. La comunicación con los propietarios fue muy buena, fueron muy comprensibles y se nota la profesionalidad. El precio de los coches muy bueno, recomiendo mucho alquilar un coche con ellos. Te llevan el coche donde les pidas y te lo recogen a la hora que te vaya bien. La única cosa es que no te dejan ampliar el seguro a todo riesgo, pero no tuvimos ningún problema. Naxos es una isla preciosa y el coche es necesario para explorarla, ellos te lo facilitan.

I had a great experience with this car rental company. Communication with Eleni was smooth, and everything was arranged as agreed. The handover of the car was quick and took place right on time. I appreciated that I was shown all the previous damage on the car and was able to take photos for my records. The car itself was clean and in very good condition. I can definitely recommend this service!

Ευγενικοί πρόθυμοι εξυπηρετικοί και πάντα διαθέσιμοι για κάθε πληροφορία και βοήθεια. Χρειαστήκαμε να επεκτείνουμε και για παραπάνω την ενοικίαση του αυτοκινήτου που ήταν ολοκαίνουργιο και σε άψογη κατάσταση και μας εξυπηρέτησαν άμεσα . Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το επιλέξω σίγουρα και στο επόμενο ταξίδι μου.

The car was in amazing conditions and we had no problem renting it. It doesn't have a rental fee which made the whole process easier. Moreover, the workers who interacted with us were very nice and understanding.

We had a fantastic experience! Extremely friendly and polite, and they went out of their way to accommodate us—especially since I don’t speak Greek. They were patient, clear, and helpful throughout the process, even delivering the car to us on multiple occasions. Their kindness truly made a difference and helped us enjoy the island with ease. Renting a car with them was one of the smoothest parts of our trip. Highly recommend!

Eleni was incredibly kind, clear, and attentive, her communication and care went far beyond what you’d expect from a typical car rental. She made everything feel easy and personal. I would highly recommend Eleni and her company. Our host arranged this hire the day after we arrived in Naxos and we got a better price than other places, and Eleni delivered the car to our accommodation. We could then drop the car at the port right before we took the ferry. Friendly and efficient service.

We rented car from promponas and this was one of the best car rental experience (I travel every other week for work). Eleni is amazing and brought a brand new electric car to our hotel early in the morning. She explained everything and was very responsive on WhatsApp when we had a couple of questions about car. She even dropped us to our excursion place when we returned car. Five stars and Highly recommend this local business!!

Excellent service! I would highly recommend! They brought the car to accommodation, and then the next morning met us at our excursion drop off. That was above and beyond.

Such a good experience. I had decided very last minute to try and get a car on Naxos. Dropped car off at my location and picked it up from me when departing. Extremely convenient. Would highly recommend!

I recently used Promponas Rent-a-Car and had a fantastic experience. The car itself was excellent—well-maintained, easy to drive, and in great condition, which made the whole journey smooth and stress-free. Booking online was simple and straightforward, with no hassles, and everything was exactly as described. However, the highlight of my experience was the customer service. After dropping off the car, I realised I’d left my phone inside and was extremely stressed. To my relief, a member of staff went above and beyond to retrieve my phone and return it to me safely.
